What L&T Expects from Suppliers
L&T also expects that suppliers and subcontractors will follow these guidelines in all their operations. Therefore, suppliers should familiarize themselves with this instruction and act and develop their operations in accordance with it. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that its staff, suppliers, and subcontractors act in accordance with this instruction

Suppliers should follow wage laws, combat corruption, and protect confidential information without conflicts of interest.

L&T expects suppliers to respect human rights, promote equality, and guarantee voluntary and fair work without discrimination.

The supplier shall guarantee a safe work environment, prevent accidents, and abuse of alcohol or drugs.

Reducing Environmental and Climate Impact
L&T requires suppliers to follow environmental laws and initiatives, promote environmental responsibility, and set goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Supplier Evaluation
L&T evaluates suppliers through self-assessments and has the right to terminate cooperation if deficiencies are not rectified.
Whistleblowing - Reporting Misconduct
L&T does not accept any misconduct and wants to be informed about any suspected misconduct without delay.
If any misconduct is ongoing within L&T, you as a supplier can use whistleblowing to alert L&T's management about this. This is done by contacting:
